To be eligible for this refund you must submit a ticket via the new support portal (https://support.invictafps.com) in this ticket you must outline the issues you are facing that is causing you to request a refund, at this point you must work with an Invicta technician to attempt to resolve the issues that you are facing. This ticket must be placed within the 14-day warranty if it is not a refund will not be granted. If the issue is caused by a faulty part or anything unrelated to our service, this order would not be eligible for a refund.

The following will also void the 14-day warranty (unless instructed by an Invicta Technician:
Formatting your PC
Reverting to the pre-optimization snapshot
Attempting to tamper with changes made during the optimization
Upgrading your PC from Windows 10 to Windows 11
